Is there a program out there that can control both the CPU fan speed and the graphics card fan speed while monitoring their temperatures? I use Speedfan for the CPU fan and EVGA precision for my 8800GT fan speed. Maybe even something that changes the fan speed of the CPU depending on the load on it. Any advice is appreciated.

Then when I get to my screen is says "Catalyst Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled grahpics card. update your AMD graphics driver or enable your AMD adapter using Display Manager. I only bougt the Dell tower and not a new monitor.

Whenever I try to open it I get the following error: GfxUI.exe - .NET Framework Initialisation Error Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.So far I have tried uninstalling .NET framework and re-installing. Changing administrator rights to the appropriate files (now changed back to normal as this didn't work). Re-installing the intel drivers.I'm afraid I'm gonna have to re-install windows but before I do I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this issue?

I have a Control panel from Intel where I could change the colors of my screen and other stuff, but I can't get it to open! Here's my weird problem: It shows in the system tray but when I click it I see this: [URL]
When I try to click on it, or anywhere else, it disappears and the program won't open. I've even tried ALL methods in this following link: Graphics — How to open the Intel Graphics Properties window
I think the problem will be solved if I can re-install the driver, but I've no idea what to (un)install. If you need any additional info on my system specs, just ask me or look up my laptop specs.
I've completed a new custom build, but have had problems with BSOD from the beginning with any installation of Intel Graphics drivers or the installation of any graphics card.
When I first completed the build, the XFX-7950 Black was installed. I booted to BIOS without issue, but when I inserted the Windows 7 (64 bit) it would boot through the windows logo screen but immediately BSOD right after going to the first install screen.
I removed the graphics card, and was able to complete the full Windows install without issue. I updated Windows and the drivers on the system but as soon as I installed the Intel 3000 Graphics driver, it would BSOD on every restart. I recovered back prior to the Graphics driver install and installed all other drivers. I updated the BIOS to the latest version.
I have reattempted the XFX 7950 multiple times in different slots, but with the same results. I also attempted my Radeon HD 4550 from my old computer but it gave the same results. It always boots through the Windows logo screen, but BSOD within a few seconds of reaching the password screen.
I broke down and installed Driver Whiz, which did detect multiple outdated drivers that I had not caught, but none of these fix the issues.
I've attached the requested zip. I don't think all BSOD's are showing up, as I've had to use recovery points after installed drivers didn't work. The last .dmp on 19 JUL was a Intel Graphics driver install attempt that I pulled off in safe mode before recovering back to the pre-driver point.

I have installed Windows 7 (32-bit) on a Samsung X20 laptop computer with a Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS,910GML Express graphics controller. Obviously there is no Windows 7 driver for this controller, so the standard VGA driver is installed instead.The Windows XP driver for the graphic card first installs under Windows 7 without any error messages, but when restart the machine the system tells me that it can't install the graphics driver.What is the best way of using the 915GM/GMS,910GML graphics controller under Windows 7 - stick with the standard VGA driver?

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter "upgrading" to retail Windows 7 (clean install), I have a problem with Kaspersky IS 2010. When I'm gaming, suddenly I'm back at desktop, no errors, no popups, just a clean desktop. The game can then be selected again in taskbar, and the game continues. That's not very funny, when driving 170 mph at Laguna Sega .
If I turn "Program control" off in KIS, this error does not seems to show, but that has never been a problem in earlier builds of Win 7. Is it KIS2010 or Windows 7, that does this?

I have a firewall, antivirus, anti-malware, etc. But I was wondering is it possible to have on your computer even with an anti-virus, a malicious program that allow Remote Desktop Control access (something like ProRat trojan or teamviewer)? Because I am suspecting that someone I know could had install/changed something on my computer. I know those suspicion might not be founded but in anyway I would like to understand how it work.
1. Is there any malicious application that allow Remote Desktop access that cannot be found by anti-virus? (I know it could be put in the list of exception on the anti-virus).
2. What can I do to be 100% sure that absolutely no one could access my computer (or just see my screen from their computer).
Unable to remove windows essentials from control panel. receive a message saying it is removed but it is still listed and the icon remains. Also, another problem is that I cannot get into my windows mail. receive notes that wlidcli.dll and msmail.dll is missing and needs to be installed. receives codes 800ccc0f and 0x0040609. Is there a way to control a single program from appearing on the recent programs list? I use Keepass for password management and have the program set to not remember the path of the database or key file. However, whenever I run the program, it gets populated on the recent programs list pointing straight to the location of the key file and database. Pinning the program to the taskbar does the same thing as well. I really do not want to disable the recent programs display, but I don't want anyone to be able to just have access to my passwords because the icon is right there for them to click on.

On it, he had installed a form of creative volume control in addition to windows volume. The way it worked was he had the windows volume set to 100% at all times, and the creative volume control around 3% for regular browsing, 10-25% for gaming and 50% or higher for rocking out with music. I recently acquired windows 7 home premium x64 and upgraded my operating system. My soundblaster card has all the necessary drivers and the audio is all hooked up properly, and the only thing missing is this form of volume control.
