View 6 Replies View RelatedI've had my computer (Asus Zenbook - Windows 7 64bit) for less than a year, and the bluetooth was working perfectly until over a week ago when I installed a windows update.
I first noticed something was wrong when I no longer had the option to send to a bluetooth device from right clicking on a file. Then I noticed if I search for bluetooth nothing appears except for my bluetooth folder containing my files. It's not in device manager or control panel either.
I reinstalled the bluetooth drivers directly from the manufacturers website, but nothing changed. The wifi light is on and works (if that has anything to do with it.)
I just reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop and I cant get my bluetooth mouse to work with it anymore. The mouse came with the laptop but when I go to Control Panel - Add a Device it doesnt find it. There used to be Add a Bluetooth Device in Control Panel but it isnt there anymore.
