Download The Ethernet Controller And Network Controller Drivers?
Jun 18, 2012My Toshiba Satillite L655-s5153 Laptop doesn't reconize the ethernet port when I plug in my wireless router to the ehternet port. How can this be fixed? I have no internet connection.

Sep 1, 2011I installed windows 7 ultimate on my dell xps15, but can not connect to my wireless network and cannot connect to the internet through an Ethernet cable, i looked around in my devices and noticed these had a yellow exclamation point next to them:[CODE]ecause of this i am not able to use usb drives or connect to the internet in any way on that computer, i dont know what i need to get this fixed and since i cant connect to the internet i sadly cant just update them like i would like to

Apr 13, 2010find a driver for my video controller? I've just upgraded to windows 7 from xp, and HP doesnt seem to make drivers for my old laptop anymore, though windows 7 is running pretty smoothly! I've been able to find all of the missing drivers, like the one for my soundcard, and install them either in vista or xp compatibility mode, but I can't seem to find this last one. I read in another thread that the hardware IDs might be helpful. Well, here are the hardware ids listed for my video controller (I'm still not even sure what the video controller does):

Aug 16, 2012a friend of mine bought an Emachines laptop from sweden aguess, and the HDD failed, so I had to install a new OS to a new HDD... but now the Network controller just wont install... and on Emachines homepage the version G730G is not even shown.I have tried many different ways of installing, even disabled UAC, safe mode, thru command promt and still not installing. On device manager it just shows under "other devices" as "network controller" with a yellow sign on it probably its for wifi, cause it doesn't work currently also I took it apart yesterday before installing new windows... cleaned and changed thermal paste. could it be that I might have broken WIFI wire or its not connected properly? (It's a pain in the butt to take this apart and put it back together)

Dec 28, 2011Ive just completed a format/reinstall of Win 7. Before the wireless was working absolutely fine, afterwards I cannot even detect an available connection. I can connect to the internet on the computer via an ethernet cable though.If I go to control panel and look at the hardware, there is a 'network controller' with a yellow triangle indicting a problem. Upon searching for drivers on the internet I am informed that a driver is installing but then I get a message saying that the issue was unable to be fixed.The issue is identical to this thread Help: Network controller doesn't have a driver. except that my hardware id is different. On that thread some nice person indicted the correct driver based on the id's he posted, but I have no idea how to do this. In properties, my hardware IDs are:

I have just one thing bugging me, since I can´t get it to work as it should.
Windows has recognized the "Ethernet Controller" and "Network Controller" as USB devices (therefore I can "Safely remove them").
I was wondering if any of you guys is going through something like that or have any clue on solving this issue.

Network!: Atheros AR8132 Lan 10/100 So i had a fresh install of windows 7 done, and now i cant connect to my wireless network. I checked in device manager and my network controller is missing a driver, i tried windows driver search, but failed in finding any drivers. I checked dell and downloaded the atheros driver but still the wireless feature is not working, i made sure the wlan was started and all the stuff.
