This software needs to be able to send out reports via e-mail, but it is still in its early phase and doesn't have e-mail support built in.Are there any programs that allow sending of email in the background? I.e. without having to open outlook, and create a new message?Something similar to the way the old Linux software Ghost in the Mail worked?

Oct 6, 2011I have a Dell XPS M1730 with Windows 7 Ultimate and it was doing an iTunes update and the lid got closed during the update process. Now when I start the computer up it says "the user profile service service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded". The computer starts up in safe mode and won't let me do a system restore because it says it is shut off.When I look at User Profiles in Windows 7, it states that the users profile is as backup and the default profile is the local profile. How can I fix my computer to get my user profile back up and working?

Feb 10, 2011When you boot you get the login screen, click login, then instantly displayed with this message:"User Profile Service service failed the login.User Profile cannot be located."You cannot log into windows normally or in safe mode, I don't use the PC as its someone else's so I don't have any other information as they don't know either they just turned it off and this is what happened when they turned it on.

User profile cannot be loaded" Unfortantly this is the only account i have so i have no way to access my computer.

When I right click on the file, and click send to email recipient, i get an error telling me no email program is associated to perform this action.I don't have any stand alone email program s installed. I strictly use web based email (gmail & hotmail) as my mail programs. I do not wish to install a stand alone program such as outlook or Thunderbird. How can I associate my request to email to a recipient to automatically go to my web based email platform (gmail or hotmail) and send the mail?I cant seem to find a hack or a small program to install to tell Windows 7 to use my web based email as my program!

Sep 11, 2011I've been running XP for some years and recently set up Win 7 on a new SSD. In XP and using Opera browser, if I clicked on an web page's email link, my email client (Sylpheed) would open with the address inserted. With Win 7 and the email defaults set, it won't. Instead, it always returns an "Internal communication error" page (example link: Contact Us | PCWorld). Below are screenshots of my Win 7 email defaults and Opera preferences setting. One thing I'm not sure about, if it's at all relevant, is where Opera is picking up the default application from. In XP, it picked up Opera email as the default. The Other Application file location shown is exactly the same in both, except for the drive letter.

Activesync works perfectly on my phone so that portion of the network is open at my work. I have been doing some reaserch and in order to get Outlook to sync with Exchange Server without VPN, RPC over HTTP or Outlook Anywhere must be enabled on the network. I know for a fact that our IT department have that portion disabled.

So I know that his Windows Live is set up correctly.His wife's email is working fine directly through Road Runner as she can send and receive emails.SO... Nov 23, 2011When in the my document folder - there is an option to highlight a file and click the "Email" link which is present on the light blue bar at the top of the screen.On another Windows 7 machine I have seen - a dialogue box pops up when you click this link and you can choose which email client to send this the file to.Does anybody know how I can make this happen - and get such a dialogue box to show options for AOL 9.6 software and or Outlook 2007 / Windows Mail. I have all 3 running on my system and different email accounts setup in all (happy to leave it that way).

Nov 17, 2012when i try to create a new user profile ~ with or without a password, it shows up on the main login page, but when i click on it to open, the message "UserProfileService_service failed the logon_user profile cannot be loaded". i have searched microsoft support with little solutions listed. and the ones that are listed seem too technical for me to be trying on my own. there are many posts there with this problem, but they all seem to be several years old.
i am using windows 7. i have never been able to create any accounts other than my administrator account & the one account i use for all my general computer use. i have been using norton 360 with no problems. i have resorted to just using any "log in/log out' links on all the sites my husband wants to use.i am really not all that confident doing anything super technical to fix this, since i don't have a real understanding of different extensions or types of files. i am afraid i could really mess everything up really bad. but, it would just be SO MUCH EASIER & FASTER if i had my account & my husband had his own account.

When she enters the password she gets the following message: "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded".
