I recently purchesed this computer and in my mail from yahoo I don't see my favorite bar tht should come up iith my sites that I go to in it. How can I get that back.Also when I first turned this computer on it had exploer 8 and now it shows9. I do not want 9 How can I fix this

I am missing the Internet Favorites tool bar along with my favorites. When I access the Internet, I get the Google page with no Favorites. If I open another tab, I get "Your Most Popular Sites" instead of Google. I checked my Userprofiles and there is a Favorites folder in my C drive. How can I get the Favorites Toolbar and my saved Favorites back?
