Dell Vostro 1700 Drivers

I have Dell Vostro 1700 and I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Since then some of my function keys are not working. Fn + F1 for example is supposed to put the computer to sleep but it's not doing anything. Can you tell me which driver should I install?

On Dell.com for my computer there are drivers only for XP and Vista 32bit. For 1720 (which is the same series) there is for Vista x64 and 7 32 and 64bit. Maybe I could use some of its drivers? But I don't know which to install.

Other than that when I change the brightness of the screen of the volume i don't see visual notification as I used to in Vista. I think it is a program called dell quickset but I can't find it either.
