Before I start I just want to let you know this is more like a general question, rather than a problem and I want to know the opinion of most hardcore gamers out there. I have been looking forward to Assassin's Creed Revelations ALL YEAR, and since I currently own all AC PC versions (From AC1 to Brotherhood) I considered buying the collectors edition. But recently one of my friends showed me Battlefield 3. He pre-ordered the limited edition and I was able to check out some single player on his PC. When I went back home I torrented BF3 just to get a general idea of the game and to my surprise (considering I am actually a COD fan) the game was truly amazing. So far this is the only game on which I have been able to test out the true power of my 6970, running the game on Ultra with maximum motion blur and vsync turned on at an astonishingly impressive 45-30 FPS. I played the first few missions and now I really want to play the multiplayer as well. The problem is, if I buy BF3 I will be in no financial position to buy Assassin's Creed Revelations when it is released. This is a really weird problem because suddenly those "boring overused FPS's" seem interesting again and the unique AC series suddenly doesn't feel as awesome as it did during the first few showcase trailers.
My computer has become awfully slow after playing Assassin's Creed 2, I was playing then my audio went fuzzy and the fps went down to like 2-3 fps. It has been slow ever since, all my graphics card options reset so I fixed them then tried a registry cleaner.. It worked to some extent but my games are still laggy. my hard drive is clean and I have 4gb of RAM plus an i5, my GPU is a Nvidia GT 540m.
whenever i am moving around it lags and goes slow and whenever it goes to a cinematic part (when they're talking etc.) the sound is ahead of the motions.I'm using it on a hp laptop with windows 7, intel core i5, raedoen graphics and beats audio
I love to play games and assassins creed the most. But due to my low graphic resolution. I couldn't play the game. What is the best graphic card for my Dell vostro1550 and also how to connect the same externally to it...
I'm getting alot of BSOD's when playing BF3. I'm using an Nvidia 560 ti graphics card. I'm using the latest drivers, and i have also been running Furmark without any trouble.
When playing battlefield 3, and sometimes in other games like SC2 and MW3 it will either crash the computer, crash to desktop or BSOD. This is the data pulled from the event viewer.
I have had 8 BSODs this past week all while playing Battlefield 3. I am using OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit freshly installed a few weeks ago, after getting a second 6950 for crossfire. All of my drivers are up to date as far as I know. I have attached the necessary files, as well as a BlueScreenView report.
Just had to reinstall windows because of a severe nvidia driver issue, now I am trying to install BF3 and I am getting a VC++ runtime error saying that it did not install correctly. What is this and how should I fix it. i have already tried installing the 2010 runtime but it says that I have a newer version already installed.
I've recently just built a new rig and have experienced several BSOD's when playing BF3. The strange thing is I can sometimes play the game all day and experience no issue and then sometimes just have constant BSOD's when playing BF3 - especially when it is loading the map!My screen just goes black with an infinite sound loop and I am unable to alt + ctrl + del or anything, my computer is literally dead until I restart it..My CPU and GPU temps are fine, I mean.. I can play for up to 5 hours and the temps are still good. For instance, I was just playing the game with Fraps (see the FPS) was playing at 58 fps on ultra.. and as soon as I press F9 to start recording.. BANG.. the computer is dead, again!!I have literally tried everything; uninstalling graphics drivers, install graphics drivers, flash graphics & bios, disable sound, buy a sound card, play on low settings.. literally everything. My specs are: ASUS P8Z68-V LX MOTHERBOARD G.SKILL RIPJAWS-X 8GB(2X4)16 C9 GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 560TI OC Intel i5 2500k 3.3GhzCoolermaster Hyper Evo CoolerNovatech 750W ATX Power SupplyWhen I go to event viewer, it logs the BSOD as "critical", "kernal-power", with an event ID of 41.
I recently installed battlefield 3, and I've been playing the campaign without much trouble, but when I'm playing multiplayer I'll get a blue screen about 5-10 minutes into a match.
I have been playing BF3 with my newly updated 5870. Without any reason I get BSOD. No framerate drops or overheating. Also, I get screen tearing with just normal applications up. ex. Google Chrome, itunes ext. Just some information on my system-
I recently built a pc and I had windows vista running on it and everything was fine. Bought a 128gb Samsung 830 SSD and windows 7 Home Premium 64bit this week and did a fresh install. I had many BSOD's during the windows installation, mostly IRQL, but finally got it installed and running. Now when I try and play Battlefield 3, I am able to play for a few minutes before my pc BSOD's. It seems to mostly be IRQL errors, but I've also got pfn_list_corrupt, memory management, and bad pool header BSOD's.
I have tried a lot of things to see what the issue may be. I got the latest video card drivers for my card, GTX560, since that seemed to me like the probable cause, but I am still getting BSOD's. I ran memtest for 6+ hours and received no errors and did a check disk on my boot drive with no errors as well.

when im rendering on cinema 4d or 3d's max i'm getting a bsod.i'm getting a bsof when i'm playing battlefield 3 and some time when i'm in google chrome eather on facebook or on Internet...i've tried many things such as changing drivers or chanch the frequency of my ram to manual from tha bios..
This error started occurring out of no where. This is the first time that my has been able to catch it. Normally the game just freezes and all three of my screens go black. Sometimes it stays there and I can here skype in the background. Other times it will completely freeze up. This only happends when I play on all three screens. If I play on 1 screen, it works nice.
When my friend upgraded my ram to 8 gigs, He didn't realie that windows was only using half of its computing abilitiy to purchase my copy of mw3 in which one of there employees said no problem, If you have bootcamp
