Been having some crashes. At first they occurred on start up. Claiming the computer wasn't properly shut down. Now today, the other crashes started, with the first happening out of nowhere, the second happening upon starting a video game. I've been without crashes for a while now, only having used my browser(Opera) and copying some files to an external hard drive. As well as the SF tool.I only have 2 dump files available. SF tool file should be in attachments, unless I made a mistake somewhere

I recently got a Kensington HyperX SH100S3B/120G SSD. I've been getting these stange BSODs. It doesn't happen during any particular kind of activity, usually it's just browsing the web or writing documents or something.
Every time the BSODs happen, for some reason the boot order switches from the SSD to my backup drive, and I have to go into the bios and change it. But other than that, my hard drive seems to be perfectly fine functioning afterwards...what's causing this??
All my components are pretty new, so I don't think hardware failure is very likely here. I've thought maybe I should update my bios? But I'm not sure honestly. My mobo is H67MA-E35-B3 LGA 1155 H67 mATX Intel Motherboard.

My brother has been complaining that his PC shuts down randomly. I check the events log and find a very large list of critical Kernel power 41 errors, with no other error before them most of the times. I can't seem to find any pattern to them, so I asume it's hardware related. There's also nothing in particular he does that triggers it. I've runed memtest86 and AIDA64 stress test while checking temperatures with nothing strange, changed the PSU, formatted and clean installed Windows again, still the same. I'm about to surrender with this...

Just to be clear, these crashes do not provide a BSOD and therefore no error code for me to research and correct on my own. In the last two days, this has happened 4-5 times, and most often while watching streaming video online (but not always). Without warning, everything will lock up (sometimes this is accompanied by a terrible sound emitted from the speakers - presumably looping audio from the video i was watching). The computer then reboots itself without my involvement. Before anyone asks, my drivers are UP TO DATE, and my BIOS is up to date as well. So far, I have asked around and most people point to my graphics card overheating, or a very dirty (dusty) pc as a likely cause. Firstly, my computer is generally kept very clean, and I am monitoring my GPU temps and they are usually WELL within normal ranges (frankly it runs very cool). I have called EVGA for support, and they told me they had not heard of this problem before. They had me run a bunch of gpu stress tests, all of which provided no clue (they were clean) as to what could be wrong. Someone else told me to make sure my RAM was properly seated. I did check that and I can't see any seating issues.

Within the past week I've been getting numerous BSOD crashes. I've had some in the past that were related to the video card. Replaced the video card with a NOS replacement. That seemed to cure that problem. Three months later here I go again.
Here's what I'm runnng:
HP M9250F Desktop
Asus IPIBL LB Benicia MB
Intel Core2 Quad Q6700
4 gig of ram
Nvidia GeForce 8600GT
Haupauge NTSC and ATSC TV tuner
2 500 GB hard drives
1 1TB hard drive
Original OS Vista 64
Upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

My PC randomly crashs without an apparent reason, one of the most annoying one happens if i leave the PC working without any input with power plan Balance, the screen is black and i can only reboot (doesn't happen with High Performance). However sometimes i also get BSOD while working normally.I'm also noticing how the frequency of the CPU gets really low sometimes if i remove the charger.

I have been having some computer crashes lately. They haven't been constant lately but it crashed again today and that motivated me to post this. I know that these crashes have to do with my graphics card. It happened to my computer with my old graphics card(fried) and it is happening about once time a month now. Basically what happens when it crashes is there is a notification on the windows task bar to the right saying something along the lines of "AMD display drivers has crashed". Any video I try to play will be messed up. Pixels are jacked up and sometimes the video goes completely green. If I see that notification about the display driver crashing, I have two choices. Play a video until my computer crashes or I can do stuff not related to gaming/videos and restart later. My graphics card is a Diamond Radeon HD 6670.

I recently reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit on my HP Pavilion dv6233se notebook pc as a response to frequent system crashing and being unable to restart. I've updated all the drivers as far as I can determine, but I still get occasional BSOD. The blue screen is too blurry for me to read so I have no information to go on as far as codes or causes.
The most recent BSOD occurred while running IOLO System Mechanics, when I started the defrag tool, but I have since run the tool without incident.

Alright, basically whenever I play a game I have some type of problem. I usually play Starcraft 2 and it's fine, but occasionally I'll get a BSOD or my display driver will stop working. When I'm not attempting to stream my games to twitch.tv this is pretty rare, but it still happens occasionally. Whenever I run xsplit and dxtory combined with starcraft 2 and stream, I get crashes constantly. My GPU doesn't ever really go above 53c, so I don't think that's what's causing it, but I could be wrong. My display driver stopping happens with most games that are pretty intense on the computer, but, like I said, my temps don't usually get too high. I'd love to solve whatever is causing me these problems. My computer specs are as follows:Processor: AMD Phenom II x6 1055TRAM: Patriot Viper DDR2 2GB Ram (2 sticks, so 4 GB)GPU: XFX Radeon HD6850OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit (installed for a good while, over a year or so I think)

I am currently facing the lovely BSOD error. The computer was recently upgraded from windows XP to Windows 7 enterprise 64bit , this was a fresh installation from XP. The computer originally came with pre installed with Windows 7 installed but was downgraded to XP to meet company IT requirements. We have now been given the go ahead to trial windows 7. However after installation we are now facing issues of very random BSOD moments.

i been having a problem with seemingly random bsods and crashes (ie where the computer forcibly restarts without generating a dump file). i think the crashes happens more frequently when surfing the internet, especially while watching Internet videos, but that might be a wrongful perception on my part.

I've been having increasing problems with my Asus g73jh. Love the performance, but been having random crashes concerning video i assumed. Updated the graphics drivers as well as ran a bios flash on the laptop. The unit always has a problem with being moved and I just moved it for the first time in around 6 months (been using it connected to my screen in living room) to bring to class and it crashed with a page fault error when I arrived at class, then again with another bsod when I got home and unpacked it.

I can no longer leave my pc on overnight or it freezes. If I run more than 2-3 programs it freezes. I was watching a video once with headphones on and heard a loud noise then freeze.I at first thought it was just one of my hard drives dying because I had similar symptoms before I removed it. But, the fact that the crashes are happening more frequently without accessing the questionable e: has me stumped. Then I figured maybe it was the overclock I did in my bios. But, restoring it to normal has had little effect on the performance of my machine.I have run and run on an almost daily basis the following: All updated daily or when available.
Microsoft security essentials
Superantispyware
Malwarebytes
CCleaner
JV16 power tools 2011

I reformatted my computer multiple times, yet my computer seems to BSOD randomly. What happenes is that everything becomes unresponsive; cant alt+tab, cant ctrl+alt+del etc etc. everything freezes randomly... then boom, BSOD. its happened twice, with no apparent pattern. And then, when it restarts, it tries booting but then it goes into the boot selection screen and my SSD is nowhere to be found. I have to power off then power on again for it to boot up and log in.

This started happening last night while i was playing Borderlands 2, it has happened at idle, playing just about any game in my library, during downloads and just browsing the web. I changed all of my accessible drivers, and it continued to happen, so i moved all of my personal files onto my external HDD. I re installed windows on my SSD (did not reformat) and reformatted my HDD. I re installed my drivers, re-enabled SLI and it ran fine for about an hour, just downloading WoW, and then happened again twice.

set up my BSOD problems. I run Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Last night my desktop started, without any seeming cause, to slow down and not respond. I tried rebooting and my Windows wouldn't finish loading-- many of the desktop and taskbar icons appeared as blank pages; clicking anything or trying to run a program failed, until eventually Windows crashed altogether. Attempted restarts have failed; I can run my desktop in Safe Mode (what I am doing now) but that's it.I attempted System Restores to my two most recent points and they both failed. I attempted to restore from two points previous to that and the restore failed due to error 0x800700b7Since my computer won't restart or run at all, I tried to boot from a Windows 7 CD and proceed from there. The system restore tools there were unsuccessful, and attempting to proceed further with a new install returned a BSOD that suggested my hard drive may be the problem and, among other things, I should run CHKDSK /F if nothing else works[CODE]

I've been getting this for over 3-4 months now.. and I have done a system restore twice and it's not helping.. the BSOD still lives. The BSOD occurs in a random fashion, even during browsing the internet with just a few tabs, sometimes during idle (happened a few times when I leave home and left my laptop idle)I notice that every time the BSOD is about to appear, my laptop fan goes all noisy. Not sure if that actually has anything to do with it.I've even tried running on Ubuntu and got crashes too.. although with no description.. it just froze. Also when I tried to run perfmon /report, I get an error when trying to generate a report saying:"An error occured while attempting to generate the report. The wait for the report generation tool to finish has timed out. "

I've recently built a new PC of which I've had to replace the motherboard already due to it being faulty. Since installing the new motherboard, re-installing all components and re-installing Win 7 on my SSD, I've been getting random BSOD's 1-2 times per day, bug check code 1e. My computer will not go in to sleep mode either without a BSOD - albeit a different bug check code: 0a. I had no such problems on my old board leading me to believe it is a motherboard issue, albeit I'm trying to verify this in order to be able to RMA it if needed.
PC Specs: All running at stock settings
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel i7 2600k 3.4Ghz (1155)
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 (F10)
Corsair Sport 4x4GB (16GB) DDR3 RAM
ZOTAC nVidia GeForce 560 GTX
On board sound
OS hard drive: Crucial M4 256GB
2nd, 3rd drives: WD 500GB WD5000AAKS-00YGA0
4th drive: SAMSUNG HD204UI 2TB
The BSOD just happens randomly for no apparent reason. There is nothing in event viewer indicating what the problem could be.

I have been getting random BSOD's while I am away from my computer, never while it is in use. They have been occurring about twice a month but I have had two in the past 24 hrs.
I was using old IDE drivers and I should switch to AHCI but I am not sure if that is the problem and I believe I would have to reinstall windows in order to make the switch.
Here are the two most recent reports from Event Viewer. Details are in the attachment.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa801109a730, 0xfffffa801109aa10, 0xfffff8000358b510). A dump was saved in: C:WindowsMEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 072512-50497-01.

I am encountering a random crash during computer use. I can not seem to correlate this with a specific action or process, i.e. it happens at different times doing different things. Below I am including three of the BSOD error messages. I have tried changing out RAM and have made sure that my temperatures are good in the case. I ran memtest for 4 hours with no errors, also prime95 did not produce and crash.

Ive recently built my own computer, however at random times when im on it, it will blue screen with a 0x0000004e error. I have Windows 7 professional 64 bit and ive also attached all the information including a few dumps from the times it has crashed. It has happened before a few times but i reinstalled the os so the dumps went with it. I will add more dumps each time it does blue screen. Also I downloaded BlueScreenViewer and it came back with a majority of the problems coming from a driver called "ntoskrnl". I have ran memtest for about 8 hours (With about 8 passes) and came back with no errors so i do believe it is a driver problem other than that, I have no clue what the problemI went on to run OCCT for 30 minutes, whilst it was testing it stopped and said there was an error in core 1. I then ran it again and it stopped again saying that there was an error in core 0. I have uploaded the graphs from both of these test for analysis. The minimum temperature ranged from about 26 - 29 degrees (Idle) and the maximum was ranged from 64 - 70 degrees.
