I've recently installed a new AMD 8150-FX 8-Core processor (Black Edition)Ever since I replaced my old AMD Phenom II 4X 965 Black Edition, with the above mentioned, I've had blue screens. Now this is only happening when I am playing demanding games such as ARMA2, GTA4, Crysis ect ect ect;I also note that it only seems to be happening when I've got the settings to Ultra or highest settings. Now I know that my PC is more than capable of playing today's best games on Max/ Ultra because I was playing with those settings on my old CPU.I'm sure this has got something to do with the new CPU.Below is a copy of what the 'Event Viewer' is telling me:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xfffff800480d47...., 0xfffff800480d479e). A dump was saved in: C:WindowsMEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 072012-33914-01.

View 1 Replies View Relatedeverytime I play Battlefield 3 I get in max. 30 minutes a BSOD. And it ONLY happens with this game, everything else works perfectly fine without crashes or whatsoever. This has been going on since half December, which is about a week after I updated my drivers. It first happened once or twice, where I though that it was just coincidence, but now it happens every time I try to play Battlefield 3.Since it happened a bit after updating the drivers, I thought it was that. Today most of the drivers needed to be updated again, including the infamous Realtek sound drivers that are supposed to give problems with Battlefield 3, so I updated them hoping it would solve the problem. No dice, I still get a BSOD when playing Battlefield 3.Dump files are in the attachment. I didn't include the perfmon HTML file since it refuses to generate a report, even when the Performance Logs & Alert service is set on manual.

View 4 Replies View Relatedmy computer is recently crashing, I recently had some work done to it hardware wise and they had to do a fresh Windows 7 install because of all the hardware changes that Vista couldn't handle. They said if you do a lot of hardware changes, especially the motherboard you'd have to do a fresh install of Vista, and I said just do Windows 7. So a month it was working wonderfully on extensive games and recently maybe within this week my computer would randomly when loading games crash to the motherboard splash screen. Then when my computer starts up I see an AMD popup, and a Windows has recovered from an unexpected crash.
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhenever I play online games, like s4 league or some Mmmorpg, I eventually get a blue screen after hour(s) of playing. To narrow down the problem, I would say that I have been getting these blue screens pretty much a couple weeks after getting this computer. Meaning it's likely not because I downloaded something.

View 9 Replies View RelatedSince last weeks I've had multiple BSOD's and it seems to happen mostly while I play games through steam. Games like GTA4, The witcher 2 and Sleeping dogs cause the crashes while I for some reason can play Shogun Total war 2 for hours without problems. Games that are not connected to steam, like Battlefield 3, seems to work good as well. I don't have any cd/dvd tools like Daemon tools installed.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am experiencing BSOD at random times. This is frustrating because I am pretty sure I eliminated all the possible reasons for my computer to Blue Screen. I changed my motherboard, I scanned my hard drive, got all the drivers for my video cards, etc. I also checked my ram one by one.
Now here is what info I got on my crash dump files

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7EFC0)
Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41287, 0x40, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time. Also when it Blue Screens I was able to get a copy of what the Technical information that caused the blue screen.

View 1 Replies View RelatedTwice in the last week the computer has locked up and required me to reset it whilst playing Football Manager 2012. There is actually no BSoD shown the game just freezes up completely until I press the reset button. I can't remember any BSoD before when using Windows 7.Most of the computer is 3-4 years old, and I can't remember when I installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on it probably over 18 months ago when I got a new Graphics Card. The only new hardware in the last few months is a new Razer mouse to replace a faulty ROCCAT mouse, nothing else has changed. Temperatures don't seem to be a big problem and Memtest didn't find any problems, but I haven't had time to run Memtest for more then 3 passes or get inside the case to look at the hardware.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy computer has recently been "randomly" giving me a BSOD. Now, I am pretty sure it is happening because I also recently overclocked my cpu, however, I did have problems before overclocking it (although not as often). I find my computer tends to BSOD either overnight, when I only have Folding@Home running, or during the day when all I have running is Chrome (F@H is running, but paused). I have also noted that my gpu (1x GeForce GTX 560 Ti) almost always fails while running F@H in the first 24hrs the system is up. However, my main concern is the BSOD.Now the reason I stated that I have had problems before oc my cpu is that ever since I first powered it up nearly 10 months ago I have had problems with the computer freezing on me. Note this was before I oc my cpu, and even before I installed F@H. Originally I thought it might be bad memory, but testing has ruled this out I just restarted my computer, and it now only detects 4.00 GB of installed memory, when it should detect 8.00 GB. The system will hang, sometimes for a few seconds, but most often for a couple of minutes, before suddenly "fixing" itself. This has, on occasion, led to a BSOD, though most of the time it resolves itself. Also, on occasion it doesn't fix itself and I have to do a hard reboot. After a while I decided to have task manager open on my second monitor at all times so that I could monitor the cpu usage and memory, incase something odd happened when it froze. Doing so, I noticed that every time the computer froze, all four cores of my cpu would shoot up to 100% and then drop back down after the system resolved itself. However, memory usage never changed (note this was also done with F@H not running). Also, the source of the freezing seemed to change. Sometimes my monitors would go black for a few seconds and then everything would come back. A message would pop up on my task bar stating something along the lines of "your graphics display driver/kernel has crashed and successfully recovered." Other times, a window would pop up stating that "the memory instruction could not be read" and giving me some error code. Still other times the system would resolve itself and nothing would happen, no error message or temporary black screens.

My computer suddenly hanged while I was using GMAIL, and after a few seconds, it restarted. I didn't even get to see the BSOD itself (the blue screen) before it restarted.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWindows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Bought as a student upgrade edition online. The computer is mostly new. I put it together myself and it hasn't had any problems until now. I had League of Legends up in the background, and I was surfing on Firefox when my mouse cursor...changed. It looks glitchy, becoming white/multicolored lines and looking fuzzy. I know that isn't right, so I immediately restarted my computer. After a few minutes it BSOD'ed, and now I am officially worried.
