View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an excell spreadsheet located on the server. It contains hyperlinks to PDF's located in a sub folder in the same directory. When I try to follow the link, the adobe window appears for a second and crashes without opening the file. It will do this over and over again. I can open the PDF's directly without any problem. Also, if I open Adobe and keep it open, the PDF's will open via the links with normal functionality. None of the this behavior was present when I was running XP Professional.

I would like to go back to Windows XP because I did not have this problem at that time. I have tried to uninstall or clear Windows 7 but it won't allow me to go back to Windows xp. Sick of my programs constantly crashing. Definitely something to do with Windows 7.

I have read other posts suggesting that AFP work with Win7. what am I doing wrong? I'm using the 64-bit version of Win7. which OS do I select from the Adobe download site? I had had assumed that Vista would be the closest option, however, I am no closer to viewing online video content having installed AFP.
Any thoughts / suggestions ?
