I downladed SP1 on my machine running Vista mail on March 30. I tryed to send e-mail on Aproil 1, I couldn't. I can recieve mail just fine. After it trys to send for a while a message pops u that has th error message that ends with 0F. What is my solution?
I am not able to send a invitation for a meeting. Furthermore I am not able to send this meeting by e-mail. Furthermore I do not want to register for any support community in the world wide web to get a solution for such a business critical issue. what can cause that I am no longer able to send meetings by E-Mail or to send invitations.
I'm trying to set up my yahoo mail in windows mail, and i've successfully recieved mail into my inbox, but I am unable to send mail out. When I try to send mail with Windows Mail, I get the following message: You do not have a digital ID. If you send this message, it will be sent properly, but you will not be able to read it in your sent items folder. Send anyway? When Windows Mail is open, and I go to Tools> Options> Security> Digital IDs> Personal> nothing is there. Above this is a choice of Intended Purposes. I have selected ALL. If I click on the Import> Welcome to Certificate Import Wizard> Next> I am asked for a file name. I don't know the name of the file name. Alternatively, I can click the BROWSE button. I don't know where to look for the certificate in my files. Whereas I don't know the name of the file, I can neither type it in where requested, nor use my computer file search function to locate it in my files.
I think it's the server port number, but not sure what it should be. Here is the error message I got.

Is it absolutely necessary to create a Comcast account in order to send mail? I am having an issue after recently obtaining Comcast as my ISP (i am receiving mail but unable to send). I am formerly a bellsouth.net customer, but would like to continue using Windows mail. I have read and followed several different threads and nothing is working...I am connceted to the internet wirelessly..did not have to install Comcast cd....email scanning is off...what else can I try?
Over the last month, I began having problems sending e-mail using Windows Mail. At first I could send them if I repeatedly hit 'Send/Receive'. They would eventually be sent. However now, I cannot get them to go at all. I have rechecked all my setting and I cannot see anything out of the ordinary.

I am able to receive emails but when I attempt to send them they look as if they go thru, I dont have any data in the "Outbox" the "Sent" box shows the message was sent however when I go the "Inbox" I see the message as undeliverable? I have tried everything from deleting an account changing the SMTP,IMAP, POP areas but still not luck.
How can I configure vista to make the "send to" context menu use Windows mail instead of outlook? Currently, choosing the send to option, it tells me to set up a profile. I don't use Outlook though.

My main mail client is my office XP system, I also receive mail in home. So I select the 'Leave mail on Server' in my home XP system and it work fine. But after I upgrade my home PC to Vista system (I export my mail account for XP outlook express then inport it to my Vista system.) then it have problem - when the mail that I received in home Vista system Windows Mail then i no longer can receive in office mail client. Does anyone know is it the bug of Vista Windows Mail?
Have been using Windows Mail for a few months. All of a suuden, today I am unable to send mail. My ISP won't help as they do not service Windows Mail. what settings I need to make my "Sens" work.
Greetings: whenever I try to send a message on Windows Mail I get the following error code: 0x800CCC0F. I can receive messages but I cannot send out any messages. I have checked with my ISP (Astound) and they have been unable to solve the problem. As a result, I have been using Astound Webmail which is less convenient. Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
