October 22.

Windows Help &support: Get Topic Not Found &This Content Under Construction
Feb 27, 2009When I try and ask for help in Windows help&support it gives me the reply 1)Topic not found and then 2)This content under construction. When I look under the programs I have on my computer no where does it say Windows Help and Support.
