Need To Get Rid Of Keylogger

I had my computer worked on about a month ago. I just ran a scan and found out someone has downloaded the systemsleuth keylogger on my computer. Now, since I live alone and am the only one that has access to my computer it seems pretty obvious what is going on here,In any event, I need to get rid of this keylogger. My Spyware doctor allegedly has it quarantined however I understand the program itself is still on my computer.
