Migrating Into XP

I have about 40 Mac users going to PCs and I'm looking for the best way to do it. I figured I'd put the thread in this forum because the Mac forum would mostly support moving into Macs. The biggest problem we've had so far is filenames that are too long and have invalid characters on the Macs.Does anyone know of a tool we could run to clean those files up so we don't get errors when we try to transfer them over?Everytime I search the web, the only hits I get are going from PC to Mac.
