Pc Wont Let To Watch Itunes Movie Properly

On further exploration if i play a movie my cpu on itunes in task manager keeps going up to 98 percent.

At this moment ive restarted my pc about 10mins ago and my cpu is under 29percent yet when i try to watch a movie in itunes its stuttering and stalling.The red light on my cpu is working hard but i have no programmes open except firefox.ive closed itunes.ive task manager on to see what processes are on.phys mem is at 35percent so i should be able to run itunes fine.i watched a movie yesterday and the second half ran fine once my pc settled down whatever it was doing. under processes for other users itssys host is 90000k was higher earlier.this sys host includes superfetch,windows driver foundation and a few others al at Pid 424.

Watch A Movie That Is On HD, Not Online And Every Couple Minutes It Kinda Freezes?

My laptop has been having some issues lately but I cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I have ran anti-virus and malware checks but both have come back negative. The main issue is whenever a video is playing or something using flash is running, it goes very slow. Most recently, I've been trying to watch a movie that is on my HD, not online and every couple minutes it kinda freezes but either plays the audio very slow or repeats one second of it on loop while the video is frozen. Another issue I've had is with flash games online, those are pretty much unplayable and yes I've cleared all cache, cookies, browser history and am still having the issue. So it appears most of my issues are video related but I'm not sure how to check what's wrong with it.

Wndows Movie Maker MF.dll Is Missing

I recently bought a new laptop with windows 7 on it,, that required me to dowlnoad live essentials to get the new movie maker, after installing live essentials every time i try to load movie maker it says cant load because MF.dll is missing from computer....can somebody please tell me how to fix it. ive been trying for days now.

Just got my new PC from Dell with Windows 7 Home, and was getting everything setup/downloaded, and I restarted, and now my TOP floating toolbar where I was adding the icons to is gone and im not sure how to get it back.... Is this normal?

Missing Toolbar Along With 'cut & Paste' Function?

New copy shop opened up. Problem is the 'File Edit View Tools Help' toolbar is missing. Also right click does not give 'cut & paste' on menu. Shop owner seems to know less about Windows 7 than I do (I taught myself internet on public computers, using XP Pro, about two years ago). Anyway, without 'print preview', or 'cut & paste', I cannot print from internet, so computers at this copy shop are currently useless.

Toolbar Missing From Taskbar On Startup?

Lately at seemingly random times, all of the toolbars except for the language bar are missing when I startup Windows. The only way for me to get them back is to re-activate them again through the menu.

Why does this happen and how can I keep them from being unselected from the taskbar?

I am missing the Internet Favorites tool bar along with my favorites. When I access the Internet, I get the Google page with no Favorites. If I open another tab, I get "Your Most Popular Sites" instead of Google. I checked my Userprofiles and there is a Favorites folder in my C drive. How can I get the Favorites Toolbar and my saved Favorites back?
