Get Stuck At The "select The Driver To Be Installed" Screen

I've been using build 7100 for awhile now and its been great until it started blue screening. So since the RC was close to release I figured I would stick with my XP partition till the RC came out (bleck).

I have just downloaded the RC today and I'm having trouble getting it installed!

I get stuck at the "select the driver to be installed" screen.

First I get this: "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now.

Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step."

Second I get this (after scanning for drivers): "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media conains the correct drivers, and then click OK."

Select The Driver To Be Installed?
I have spent over 6 hours on my own trying various BIOS settings and what not, but cannot figure this thing out.I used to have an old HP build with "market" RAM and GPU and SSD.

Recently got an eVGA motherboard, and new GPU, and when I install Win7 Pro thru my installation disc, it says 'select the driver to be installed'. So, I put all the eVGA motherboard drivers and SATA drivers on a thumb drive, hooked it up to the back of my computer, tried to install from the drivers available, and then it said that the hardware was not detected on my machine...

Then I tried my wife's Win7 disc, thinking that my disc was corrupted. Same BS. I am so frustrated.I have tried loading my SSD both as IDE and AHCI, and same issue.

point me in the right direction??? I don't mind wiping my drives, I just want to use my damn computer.

mobo: eVGA FTW Z77
cpu: Intel 3770 3.5 GHZ i7
gpu: evGA 2GB 680 GTX
SSDs: Both Intel 840s
PSU: Antec 750 earth watts
ram: 16GB DDR3 1333mhz (4 x 4) 9-9-9-24

Oh, and, EVGA was useless when I called their support team. So was Microsoft.

It really sucks because it's a driver that, when not installed, causes me to crash all the time! I've already tried disabling Windows Security Essentials' Real-Time Protection.

Windows 7 Hanging After Logo Screen When Video Driver Installed
I had an OEM version of Windows 7 Home Premium x64 installed, and one day my windows started hanging after the windows logo (when the login screen would appear). I hadn't installed or updated any drivers. After being unable to fix the problem through restoring to a system image, startup repair, etc. I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 from a clean iso (no OEM ware). This meant I was missing some drivers. I downloaded the drivers from the Lenovo website, and after installing the video driver, the problem occurred again. The system does however work fine on Ubuntu 12.10 (Linux).

System Restore Saying No OS Installed - Repair Stuck In Loop
Last night I closed my laptop without shutting it down. I woke up this morning and turned it on and it went to the system repair screen and ran through that. It says there are problems but they are not automatically repairable. I then tried to do the system restore to an earlier point in time and had one option for a couple days ago. I ran through that but it says there is an error and when I expand to see the error one of the things listed is no OS installed. I have windows 7 64bit. Why it would say I don't have an OS installed but it is running through the system start up repair as well as listing a date that I could restore it back to. I have not tried installing the hard drive into a new computer yet.

Can't Select Correct Screen Resolution
I am using an ASUS monitor model ML228, ATI Radeon HD 3300 Graphics, and Windows 7 32-bit. I have used this monitor before at the correct resolution of 1920x1080, but now it is not available to select from the screen resolution manager.

I read through a couple of other threads that said to uninstall and reinstall the driver from device manager for both my graphics card and the monitor and it says both are up to date and nothing changed.

Here is a screen shot of the screen resolution manager: [URL]

Black Screen 'reboot And Select Proper Boot Device'
I recently ordered a desktop online with win 7-asus m5a88-m mb, amd fx 4100 bulldozer quad core processor with a wd 1 terabyte hd. I put in my own radeon r6750 core edition grphix card. This pc ran amazingly for approx. 2 months. Then all of the sudden upon cold start only, makes a loud humming, it goes to black screen with the words "REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE PRESS ANY KEY." Then the humming subsides,i turn it off and right back on and runs fantastic. It does this everyday. Things i have tried: got to bios and change priority order to hd first, replace hd, sent back to company and it was fixed for 2 days and doing it again. I should also mention that they completely reloaded windows and replaced the ram.

Device Status - No Driver Installed But Driver IS Installed
Every now and then my WiFi stops working, and if I go to dev mgr, the General tab tells me that "No drivers are installed for this device" for device status. On the other tabs, however, I have all the details on the installed driver, and if I ask Windows to update the driver, it tells me that the best driver is already installed. The problem is solved by rebooting, but I find that annoying. I'd like to figure out WHY it does that. I've saved earlier versions of that particular driver from over the last three years, and the problem occurs with all of the drivers. This is a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit system. The driver is an Intel driver; the one installed at this moment (it just happened again, and I have not rebooted, since I had a powerline enet outlet handy), and the version of the Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN is 14.3.1. I have other versions of that driver saved, from to 15.1.1_Ds64. I had reverted to the 14.3.1 because the more recent versions seemed to be worse about the driver disabling itself or whatever it is doing.Coincidentally with this, the event viewer shows that mmc.exe was terminated because it was hanging. I had just run sfc yesterday, and there are no corrupt files that Windows cannot fix, and there weren't even any corrupt files that it DID fix.

Insert The Media Device And Select The Driver Windows 7
It boots fine from usb fine and starts the setup however when she goes to install it asks "insert the media device and select the driver windows 7". Ive looked around the forums and google and found that this can be a usb 2.0 , 3.0 problem with people just switching to the 2.0 slot and it working. However this does not work for her and so I looked around more and found it might be needing the drivers for the USB ports had her insert the disc that came with the motherboard however non of the setups in the usb folder work and im not sure which specific file she needs to choose to get the driver to install or 100 % if that is even the issue. Any ideas? Intel Desktop Board DZ68DB - Overview this is the board Forgot to mention this hard drive is from her older computer so its a new motherboard / cpu / ram.
