Upgrading Ram In Dell Inspiron M5030

I currently have a dell inspiron M5030 and I would like to do a couple of things to it to improve the appearance and better performance. So here we go.

1.) where can I go to upgrade the ram? I currently have three and would love to upgrade to the maximum of 6. What brands should I be looking for that may be better then the Dell versions.

2.) I would like to try and replace the stock keyboard for something that lights up the keys. But please do not refer me to a external light. If it is not possible then could you direct me somewhere that has keyboards that will fit that have different colors, Styles etc.
