Unable To Install NVIDIA 9300M GS Video Driver
I tried to get the Windows 7 RC 64Bit Version running on an SONY VAIO Z11WN Notebook with NVIDIA 9300M GS Video Card. The original Driver from Microsoft installation sources will be installed but not working (correct error message, driver deactivated).
The new Driver from May 2009Â from NVIDIAÂ is not able to install, because the driver will not recocnize the grafic card itself correctly. Has anyone any experiance with this problem?Â

NVIDIA 9300M GS Graphics Card Problem
I just clean installed Win7 on my MSI EX630 laptop. Almost all of my devices run perfectly, but on having turned on my laptop I found that my NVIDIA 9300M GS graphics card isn't being used, the standard VGA graphics adapter is. I went to the NVIDIA website, and downloaded the brand new driver. I restarted the computer but it still continues to not utilize my graphics card. when I try to use the WDDM 1.1 it tells me: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31). How do I get my laptop to use my graphics card?

Unable To Install Realtek Driver
So I was playing Cod 4, had plenty of problems getting it to work, one of the problems was that I had to have the Mic plugged in to open the game, seriously the biggest wtf I've had. But now I got another fresh problem. The game kept on crashing, I checked out what the problem was, and sure as hell, it was the sound card driver. So I used some guide, uninstalled the driver I had, and downloaded the newest Realtek driver, that's supposed to support Windows 7, although when I try to install the driver er get.. "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software", no matter how often I press "Install this driver software anyway" it keeps on poping up!! How can I bypass this problem, or solve it?

Unable To Install Device Driver Software
I have somewhat recently upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 but my problem occured after having Windows 7 for about a week. I am unable to use my wireless mouse as when I plug the sensor device into the usb port it recognizes it and attempts to install the driver software via searching for it on windows update, but it fails. I originally had it working with windows 7 for a while until one night I shut it down with windows updates to install, then the next morning it failed when I tried to connect the wireless device. It is a logitech wireless mouse that was originally part of a keyboard/mouse combo but I'm just using the mouse portion as I have a laptop now. Here are the things I've done and some conclusions that I've come to: - I have uninstalled, reboot, reinstalled and updated everything in my device manager Including updating the BIOS and Motherboard chipsets - I have tried to get the updates from windows update manullay and it still fails - I have gone to HP's website and installed every update on their for my computer, although its fairly new, 08/09 so there were only a few things to update. - I have done multiple system restores to try and set the computer back before the problem was occuring - I have tried powering off the computer and removing the battery and power sources as a type of full restart to the computer with no effect. - I have gone to logitechs website and downloaded the latest setpoint version which still didn't help the wireless mouse work, unless there are other options in the software that I don't know about, I could use some information on that. Finally I bought a new optical wireless mouse thinking that the problem might be its incompatibility with Windows 7 (even though it was working at one time) and the new wireless mouse had the same problem, plugged in the usb driver and the device software fails to install. So the usb ports recognize the devices, as I have an external Harddrive that I attach via usb and that recognizes and works fine. I have also tried a flash drive that installs the software fine and works. My guess is that its not the usb ports directly but something with where windows installs the updates, I don't know if its been cluttered with stuff that it can't install anymore or what. But I am out of ideas and have searched all over the internet for answers.

ATI 3650 AGP Video Card Driver Install Problems
I'm having issues installing drivers for my ATI 3650 AGP video card. Â The ATI installer acts as though it is working but does not prompt to restart the computer when it is finished. Â When I do so manually the driver doesn't show up when I check the properties for the card, just the prepackaged 7 vga driver. I've tried the 7 preview drivers, Vista 32, and Vista 32 Hotfix drivers and all had the same resuslts of the installer finishing the install without actually installing the drivers.

Installed win 7 rc fine. Downloaded win 7 driver from amd for my hd 3850, ati shows in windows explorer. But device manager tells me I have a standard video card. Try to install manually and device manager tells me that I already have the best drivers for my card and that`s it. i have three partitions: xp professional, vista ultimate and win7 rc. Ati xp drivers work fine, vista drivers also fine. Is there any trick I can use to install Win7 drivers for HD3850. I heard some users installed the HD3850 driver for Win7 RC and worked fine.

Unable To Detect A Video Card With Hardware Acceleration
I've been slowly working my way through my games collection, testing for compatibility. The stumbling block so far is Neverwinter Nights 2 - I get the following error when trying to run: Unable to detect a video card with hardware 3Dacceleration. Neverwinter Nights 2 requires a video card that supports then please make sure that it's enabled. The support forums over at Obsidian have found a work-around - replacing the dxdiagn.dll file in the current DirectX release with the earlier version from Vista (v 5.03.2600.2180). Obviously this isn't exactly testing the Release candidate, so is there a 'fix' in the works and will it be obtainable through the Windows Update? Apparently things were fine up til Beta build 7057 - before that the game ran happily. A mention is made of a fix in Build 7122 - will this fix be downloadable or will we have to wait until the final release, or apply the hack above?

Win 7 Video Drivers From Nvidia
I have the RC version of Windows 7 installed and the WDDM drivers seem to work ok, but every time I update the drivers to the official WHQL drivers off nVidias web site they install fine but then DX10 fails to work (ie Hellgate London in DX10 mode). Is this a known problem or should a person just stick with the WDDM 1.4 drivers that come with Microsoft's update.

After Nvidia Driver Install, Get 'windows Not Genuine'
i was trying to get drivers for my printer. After restart, screen went black. I restarted in safe mode with netwking to find out what to do. So I eventually found out my graphics card had no driver; it had a generic vga adapter. So I search for my graphics card to find it is an Nvidia GeForce fx 5200 and I get the drivers for it. I restart in normal mode: no success. restart in safe' with net' . starts and am notified that drivers have installed. Now on next restart in normal mode, application error 0xc150002...press ok. Then i get a message in the bottom right hand corner that says 'windows is not genuine build 7600'. I have seen how to change it with/without cmd, but either requires normal mode. So how do I re enter my product key?
