Getting Rid Of "Welcome To Nginx"?

Here's the logfile guys, which are the baddies! Got this from HijackThis & it told me to come here. Which files do I delete? Cheers If I'm being stupid and there's a better way to get rid of it please tell me Mod Edit: Removed HJT log, stated issue does not appear to be malware issue
