Driver For WebCam NX Pro

Labtec Webcam Pro Driver Missing
My USB Labtec Webcam Pro does not install. Win 7 driver missing. The webcam has been tested under Win XP/SP2/SP3 and Win Vista/SP1/SP2 without problem. I tried Compatibility Mode (Vista, Vista/SP1, Vista/SP2, XP/SP2 and XP/SP3) but the webcam although it shows in the device list, is not recognised.

The webcam Mic works fine. It is the webcam which is not recognised.

I have a Desktop PC with Intel 7200 processor and 2 GB RAM.

The OS is Windows 7 RC, kernel version 6.1.7100.0

Creative WebCam NX Pro
I just downloaded Windows 7 RC, and i cant make my Webcam to work. The Creative Driver doesn't work, and the webcam appears on the Device Manager as a Unrecognized Device.

I've installed the logitech qc1800 software, but it fails to connect via usb to my camera. My mouse seems to work ok on my usb port, so I think the port is ok.

Quickcam Pro 9000 Webcam Compatibility
I'm going to be buying either a Logitech Quickcam Sphere Webcam or a Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000.

I'm currently running the x64 Windows 7 RTM, I'm worried that buying either webcam will result in no x64 drivers.

Can anyone tell me if both or either have x64 drivers?

Dv6000 Webcam Driver
I have a HP Pavilion dv6238ea and it had xp on it and the webcam driver i downloaded from hp.com worked fine. Then i formatted it and installed windows 7 in it.

Windows 7 detected the webcam and installed the driver. The webcam shows as ''HP Webcam 1000" and the manufacturer is "Micro Vision" and also the driver is provided by 'Micro Vision'. But it doesn't work. It only shows a black screen.

I downloaded the vista driver from hp.com for my laptop(HP Webcam Driver with Firmware Upgrade for Microsoft Windows Vista HP Pavilion dv6238ea Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)) but it is not able to install. It gives an error.

There is no available driver for windows 7 for this laptop (or any dv6000 series i think) on hp.com

Can anyone help in solving this?

Sonix Webcam Driver
I have a crappy E-Bay purchased Webcam, I used some random Sonix drivers last time, and I could've just as easily used a driverscanner, since I was running XP.

However, try as I may, all of the drivers I use, including ones I got from the manufacturer, fail horribly.

Sometimes they install, but AMCAP won't recognize that I have any hardware plugged in, Driver Detective had found a driver, but I can't pay for it. I'd be willing to do almost anything to fix this issue.

I use Toshiba L300, after upgrading (custom install) my OS from vista home premium to windows 7 professional, my webcam does not work. It uses chicony camera assistance software for toshiba. Everytime, I get an error message "webcam driver open fail. restart your camera or computer". I checked the toshiba support site for dirver update, but it says the vista driver for that webcam is compatible with windows 7 as well. Virtualization Blocked By Webcam Driver Install
Discovered after several fresh installs after playing with virtualization that is was blocked by webcam install..

The webcam works okay (s8850i by sonix) in 7/64 and good in skype..but stops virtualization dead till it is disabled or uninstalled.

From my experience with it so far Virtualization seems very easily disrupted.

I just seem to get over one thing and something else plays up...having real second thoughts as all these things go great in xp now.

Anyway thought this info might help someone if they find the virtualization installed ok but wont run, check by disabling drivers, webcams seem to be a real issue in the win 7 64.

Samsung SENS R509 Webcam And Mic Driver
I am living in Korea and bought this machine last year. It is very fast and has a great processor so I figured it would be perfect for Windows 7. Well I've been running Windows 7 for a week now and love it.

Unfortunatly I can't seem to find any driver online for the webcam and mic for this machine. I know Samsung isn't that popular of a computer manufacturer. What can I do to get these two crucial componants working.

Sadly all the literature that came with this machine is in korean.

Driver For VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro - IGP
For several months I used Beta Build 7000 and RC Build 7100.

And without any problem I installed my onboard video driver

VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro - IGP.

The same happened with the Build 7229.

After installing the Build 7264 and then installing Build 7600, my driver doesn´t install anymore. Windows 7 said, it isn´t supported by the new OS.

And it doesn´t exist any update for my driver. So, I´m using the STANDARD VGA GRAPHIC ADAPTER coming with the Windows 7, but I can´t change the resolution. So, it works with 800x400.

I tried to install the driver in safe mode and in different compatibility modes, but on both ways it didn´t install the driver. I also uninstalled the driver, and then tried to install the original dirver but nothing worked. And now, I don´t have money to by another graphic card, but I want to continue using Windows 7.

Now I´m using Build 7264 x86 and Build 7600 x64.

Exists the possibility em trying to install the native Standard VGA Graphic Adapter which comes with Build 7100 ? If yes, where can I find both drivers to download (x86 and x64) ?

Getting Driver For ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
Okay ive been searching the internet (and this forum ) for a driver for my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

I know its an old card.. but its still decent.

ATI have put it under the Legacy support list? but if i try and install that.. Windows 7 wants to tell me that the Microsoft Corporation WDDM Driver is better and wont let me install it.

is there a work around this?

And is it possible to get Aero Support with this Graphics card?
