View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a computer with Windows 7 x64 installed and a Canoscan LiDE 100 from Canon, which has drivers dated from 2008 that work fine. The scan works without a problem.
However, the actual Canon software doesn't seem to work with it. Here is the link to it: Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : CanoScan LiDE100,The software is: MP Navigator Ex and Solution Menu.I downloaded the Windows 7 x64 version.
The problem is that, whenever I start MP Navigator, Windows just tells me that it stopped working. I already tried compatibility mode with Windows XP SP3 and Administrator rights.Am I missing something? Am I the only one with this problem too?
