I'm 99.9% sure my account has been registered but I can't send any PMs. I checked FAQ and it doesn't explain why I can't. I try to PM admins but can't. It tells me either I'm not registered or that I don't have sufficient privileges. I want to PM someone about a thread I have in gaming, and am unable to do so. I have a feeling there's something blatantly obvious that I'm missing here, but I'm not sure what that is.

I am formerly a bellsouth.net customer, but would like to continue using Windows mail. I have read and followed several different threads and nothing is working...I am connceted to the internet wirelessly..did not have to install Comcast cd....email scanning is off...what else can I try?

I have been trying to send JPEG files by email unsuccessfully. I get no error message the only sign they haven't gone out comes when the folks I'm mailing say they never arrived. These are not large files (472kb).
