Russian Spellchecker Available?
Aug 14, 2009I'm using Vista Business OEM Russian, which has no Russian spellchecker, but instead English, German and Spanish ones. Is there a way to install it?

Ie, Explorer.exe Has Russian Operating System
May 18, 2010About a week and a half ago I had an email and gaming account compromised. After scanning w/my AV program (Avast) nothing came up....i've formatted and reinstalled , maybe im paranoid...but want to make sure this system is secure and Im not sure if it is. I know alot of people say registery cleaners are worthless here, but i used uniblues process scanner and some key processes have foriegn languages infront of their decription (ie,explorer.exe has the russian or sometimes danish word for operating system). looking like this scan for example: ProcessLibrary.com - The online resource for process information! Im running avast again and still no viruses/trojans found. Ran CCleaner,MalwareBytes anti-malware and spybot search and destroy with nothing detected. Only strange things I have noticed is when i use IE,2 iexplorer.exe run in task manager. Am i being overly paranoid?

Uninstall Russian Language Form Windows X64
May 29, 2009Out of sheer stupidity and over-excitement upon installing my new Vista Ultimate back in June last year, when I starting installing the widows Updates, I chose several non-essential updates ... most of which were language packs. I now have Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian,Slovenian, Swedish, and Thai....all of which I now need to get rid of. I'm experiencing some system errors that suggest they're related to one or more of these language packs. Regardless, I don't need them and want to eliminate them. HOWEVER, when I attempt to remove them through the lpksetup.exe process (or same with Control Panel>>Regional and Language Options>>keyboards__ and Languages >>Install/Uninstall languages ), it goes through the process (creating restore point, removing language
packs, etc.) and after several minutes, gives me a window which states, "All selected language files failed to be removed". Then, it shows a list with all of the languages I selected which is titled "Failed removals:".
